With health being added back to the MYP, teachers are given a chance to broaden their focus on the whole child.  However, many teachers lack the time or resources needed to create a more comprehensive skills-based program that teaches health literacy skills. In this session, teachers will be equipped with ready-to-go projects that tackle the current needs of today's student- stress management, sleep deprivation, etc.- that are inquiry based and aligned with the IB learner profile.
