Yoga is the perfect mix of exercise, learning new & interesting activities and topics. In addition to the many healthy benefits from doing yoga here are some of the benefits to including yoga in your school sporting curriculum.

In this workshop you will learn how we can insert yoga movement breaks and activities
into a PE class or as part of a coaching program. Teaching practices that can include both
primary & secondary years in schools.

We will look at how the child learns and how yoga can assist in not only strengthening the
body and mind but also tone the nervous system and energise the harmonise the mind to assist with learning & inspiring their sporting endeavours.

Workshop fee includes morning and afternoon tea + lunch, as well as transport to and from the official conference hotel to the location.
